ZONE 3: PROTECTING WHO YOU ARE

Sometimes who you are and what you need and want won’t easily fit with others’ needs and expectations. The skills of Zone 3 address how to protect who you are as you exercise personal authority to live with more ease and satisfaction.

Every moment in life we are presented with opportunities to stretch into a higher, more expansive version of who we are. With the concepts and strategies of Zone 4, we lay the foundation to shift from the life we’re living to the life we could be living to realize our dreams and experience true wellbeing.
